When I was sent to earth, I had no idea what awaited me... My creator summoned me. Then wiped my memory of him. Now I stood in a human body, my wings tucked into my back. The city that my angel group had landed in needed our help. Life for the people that lived here had become worse than bad. When I was sent to earth, I had no idea what awaited me... My creator summoned me. Then wiped my memory of him. Now I stood in a human body, my wings tucked into my back. The city that my angel group had landed in needed our help. Life for the people that lived here had become worse than bad. Avoidables and Perfects are separated by discrimination. People are shunned because of their looks or various gifts. Avoidables are dangerous, living from fear of survival. Perfects are callous, living from fear of feeling. The city is divided in two. One set of people hated the other. That had to change. They had to unite into one human race again. I would be the angel to make that happen. Avoidables Angels is a spin off from Avoidables. You can read either book first, it doesn't affect the story. It is not your typical romance, but romance readers willenjoy the slow burning love that ignites between Pisces and Antony. I loved thecharacters in this story. They were very well written and seemed like they knewexactly what they wanted. Pisces struggled with completing her mission andsometimes wanting to be selfish and just live her life like a normal teenager.Ithink teenage readers especially will be able to relate to her struggles andwonder why there is so much pressure on her." 4* - Reviewed ByJanelle Fila for Readers' Favorite Aries - "This book completely went the other way then Iwas expecting! There was a few twists I was shocked about! Mainly the biggesttwist is one I wont mention so I dont ruin it for others. Just WOW! The rest of this story was just as amazing as Pisces! I love this authorswriting and way of telling her stories. She just jumps right in and grabs you.Love all the action and adventure." - Shawndra Taurus - "Fresh and imaginative creation." -Terrordurf

Love My Crazy

Love My Crazy

Rachel Medhurst

Young Adult / Fiction / New Adult

It all started when he came into her life… Nat is a tough British teen who doesn’t need anything except her group of friends. They're her family. Her life. She would do anything to protect them. Until one of them makes a shocking mistake. Scott is the outsider. His mysterious vibe draws Nat in unlike any other boy. He speaks in riddles about how great life can be. Yet, with a psychotic mother, and a group of friends that constantly get into trouble, Nat isn’t convinced. Their first meeting is unconventional. Nat isn’t proud of robbing a shop with her friends. It was nice of Scott to hold the door open for her, but it wasn’t exactly the perfect way to meet a good looking boy. Instead of the usual judgement, however, Scott says four simple words that will mean more to Nat than she ever imagined. If you enjoy teen contemporary romance with a strong willed British girl, you won't be able to put this novella down. Buy now to be immersed in the world of six teens living a less than savoury life in London. *This book was previously published under the title Choice! for a short while. Interview with the Author Q: What inspired you to write this novella? A: My life. Most writers put a part of their experiences in their work. There are particular situations that Nat goes through that come from personal experience. I wouldn't say it's exactly biographical because Nat isn't who I was as a teen, but let's just say I know what she's been through. Q: So is the character, Natalie, similar to you in any way? A: Her confidence, even though fake, is much stronger than mine ever was. I wouldn't say boo to a goose, to use a British saying, which means that I was very quiet and withdrawn, suffering in silence, shall we say? Nat's strength is fake, a front she puts on to cope with her mothers illness. Q: Would you be happy to tell us what part of the book is a personal experience? A: Yes, of course. Most of the book has been embellished to make it different to my life but the main experience I share with Nat is regarding our mothers illness. I had the same experience. Q: Most teens have difficulties to deal with. What advice would you give to the teen version of yourself now? A: To remember that you're doing the best you can. Life will cause you all sorts of emotions, but emotions change. Situations change. You change. So, hang on when it feels awful, because soon enough, change will come.**
